1. Service description
BankMaster is a personal bankroll management mobile app for sports bettors. BankMaster is not a sportsbook or betting service. It does not accept real money, does not process bets and does not guarantee any financial return.
2. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using BankMaster, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. Use by persons under 18 years of age is not permitted.
3. Acceptable use
By using BankMaster you agree to use the service only for personal tracking and analysis of your own bets, not to manipulate data, not to attempt to access other users' accounts, not to engage in illegal activities and not to reverse engineer the service.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at soporte@bankmaster.com.mx if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and payments
BankMaster offers a free plan and a Premium plan managed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Limitation of liability
BankMaster is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the service.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to BankMaster, including code, design, brand and proprietary content, are the exclusive property of its developers. The data you enter in the app is yours.
8. Account cancellation
You may delete your account at any time from the app or by sending a request to soporte@bankmaster.com.mx.
9. Service modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after notification of changes implies acceptance.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
