1. Introduction
BankMaster ("the app", "we") operates a personal bankroll management service for sports bettors. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and your rights over it. By using BankMaster, you agree to the practices described in this document.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data necessary to operate the service: email address, password (encrypted), user content (banks, picks, parlays), preferences and anonymous technical data. We do not collect location data, contacts or any other sensitive data.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service, sync information across devices, send account notifications and diagnose errors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers operated by DigitalOcean. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored with secure hashing and never in plain text.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data. To delete your account, see our account deletion page. For other requests, contact us at soporte@bankmaster.com.mx.
6. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all your information within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
BankMaster uses RevenueCat for subscription management and Firebase/Google for authentication and push messaging. These services have their own privacy policies.
8. Minors
BankMaster is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
