Delete account

If you want to delete your account and all your BankMaster data, you can do so directly from the app or by sending a request by email.

Option 1 — From the app

  1. Open BankMaster on your device.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the action. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to soporte@bankmaster.com.mx with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted?

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • All your banks, picks and parlays
  • Your statistics history and reports
  • App preferences and settings

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
